- Equality and Human Rights Commission - 'Making access to goods and services easier for disabled customers: a practical guide for small businesses and other service providers' (download) - provides advice and information for owners of small businesses.
- A New Approach to Film Accessibility (Roaring Girl Productions) - This production company is pioneering new approaches to film accessibility, working to make audio description, captioning (subtitles) and sign language an integral part of the production process rather than an access 'add-on'.
